Hi, I'm Genny

At heart Genny Williams is a people person, so choosing a career in real estate was a natural fit for her innate desire to bless and help others. That need has propelled her career over the last 27 years, where she has been a top producing agent, a sales team leader, a broker/owner, a KW team leader, a Certified Instructor and a real estate coach. For 10 years, Genny exclusively poured into other real estate agents through her coaching program, Get a Real Estate Life, tapping into their personalities, motivations and goals to help them reach their dreams.  

Known as the 6 Figure Coach, Genny designed the My 6 Figure Day productivity app, created 6 Figure intensity coaching and wrote the Certified Home Marketing Expert designation. She is the author of Build a 6 Figure Real Estate Business and most recently, Sold with L.O.V.E.! Simple Systems for Burned-Out Real Estate Agents That Increase Profit and Joy. Since returning to personal sales, Genny earned the prestigious eXp ICON award and is now a three-time ICON.  

Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Genny has been married to her high school sweetheart, Jay Williams, for nearly 33 years. Together they raised their two children, Gentry and Jacob, in the Birmingham, Ala. area.

GENNY'S STORY

Even as a kid, real estate was a huge part of Genny Williams’ life. Her dad has been an agent for more than 50 years, which means you could say she was born and raised on real estate. After graduating from the University of South Alabama with a Communications and Marketing degree, it really was no surprise when Genny earned her real estate license and continued the family legacy.

Genny’s long-spanning career includes becoming a top-producing agent, team leader, broker owner and ultimately becoming a Certified Instructor and real estate coach.

When people describe Genny, they most often use words like high-energy and passionate. And with these two things, combined with her love for helping others, she is an unstoppable coach, trainer and mentoring powerhouse. For the past decade, she has used her company Get a Real Estate Life to pour into thousands of agents and help them find success.

The family’s real estate legacy continues with Genny’s high school sweetheart husband, who is a homebuilder and licensed real estate agent.
